Stupid Is As Stupid Does

 

First let me say that there are some stupid people in every race, so this is not a racist statement. This is a purely political statement. I say that based on the fact that most of the people who voted for Donald Trump were white. Most voted for him because they always vote Republican, others didn’t like Hillary Clinton, some didn’t think the economy was recovering fast enough, they wanted immigration reform,  and they wanted Pro-Life Judges on the Supreme Court. The rest of the Trump voters are just plain stupid. They are stupid because they abandoned some teachings they learned early in life. These teachings demonstrate how common sense thinking can help us understand the world around us. If you are guilty of ignoring all of the teachings when you voted for Trump, then you my friend, don’t have common sense and therefore are stupid. Here’s how you can tell if you are stupid:

1. IF IT AIN’T BROKE DON’T FIX IT

After President Bush and the Republicans destroyed our economy, President Obama and the Democrats brought us back to nearly complete recovery. Here are the numbers. With such an overwhelming improvement over the Bush/Republican economy, it didn’t make sense to switch back to Republicans. Republicans literally got caught with a smoking gun in their hands when they tanked the economy. So you elect Trump, a man with a horrible business track record to fix the economy. What were you thinking? “It’s the economy stupid”. Duuuuuuuh!!!!

2. A BIRD IN THE HAND IS WORTH TWO IN THE BUSH

Hillary Clinton was a seasoned politician and Trump had no political experience. Yes Hillary had rumors of corruption, multiple murders, and Benghazi. Even with multiple Whitewater and Benghazi hearings run by Republicans, no proof ever came of it. In America, you are innocent until proven guilty. On the other hand, Trump went bankrupt multiple times and his business was in such chaos that U.S. banks won’t lend him money. He was sued by The Justice Department for housing discrimination. Trump admitted to sexual assault on video.  This was not locker room talk. Locker room talk is “I wish I could…” or “she let me…”. I have never heard a man admit that he just grabbed a woman by her private parts. So here you have Clinton with vast political experience who clearly had unproven accusations under oath. Contrast that with Trump with no political experience, was bad at running a business, treated women like pieces of meat, and was a racist. Clinton was clearly the lesser of the two evils, but the stupid people chose Trump anyway.

3. IF IT’S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS

Trump said “I alone can fix it”. Anybody that says that is usually psychotic. Going to build a wall and Mexico is going to pay for it. Trump said he would repeal and replace Obamacare, but as of December 2019 he still has not repealed or replaced it, and has not produced his healthcare plan or a way to pay for it. Everything for Trump is so easy. Nobody knows more than Trump

4. WHERE THERE’S SMOKE THERE’S FIRE

There were just too many Russians mingling with the Trump campaign staff. Don Trump Jr. admits lots of Russian assets and an interest in the Trump Tower meeting.The Russians are still there. Giuliani is Trump’s lawyer.  He was traveling with two men with Russian connections who were about to leave the country. Those two men were arrested at the airport before they could leave the country. Trump had Russians in the Oval Office 2 years ago, and as recently as on 12/10/19.

Those of you who didn’t get a clue during the first election will get a second chance to pick someone other than Trump, and I’m going to help with a few more sayings. Now that Trump has been President for almost 3 years, you should now know how these sayings apply:

5. BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER

A lot of Trump’s “Best People” are either under investigation, indicted, in prison, have quit, or have been fired. Trump picked a lot of those people. Either he is the worst judge of character, they didn’t have a clue on how to do their job, they were inherently corrupt, or Trump was a lousy boss. Either way, Trump was like them, and he was their ring leader. It’s unlikely that all of his “Best People” were bad at their jobs and Trump was perfect at his. If anything, Trump was the poison in the soup. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Yep, Trump is the tree and a bunch of rotten apples fell from it.

6. LIKE RATS JUMPING OFF A SINKING SHIP

If you see a lot of people leaving any business, it means something is wrong with the business and the leadership of the business, and you should probably take your business somewhere else. The White House is no exception. There is just too much turnover.

7. LIAR, LIAR, PANTS ON FIRE

How many of you would tolerate a friend that lies all the time? You wouldn’t trust him to do anything important for you. You couldn’t trust him to keep your kids or drive your car. You wouldn’t know if he would keep his appointments or promises. You wouldn’t let him manage your money. Now think of a President that lies all the time. This is his most famous lie. You can’t trust him to keep his promises, keep his oath to defend the Constitution of the United States(Trump believed Putin and not U.S. Intelligence), or look out for the poor and middle class. Heck, he hasn’t introduced a Jobs or Infrastructure Bill that could help the poor and middle class. Has not tried to increase minimum wages. He could have done it his first two years when Republicans had full control of the House and Senate. He couldn’t even repeal and replace Obamacare then. And oh yeah, since Mexico said they weren’t going to pay for the wall, he took money from the U.S. military budget to pay for it.

If you were not aware of some of the seven sayings listed above and voted for Trump, then you were just not well informed or ignorant but not stupid. Now that you know the seven sayings and you still plan to vote for Trump, you simply have malignant and terminal stupidity. 2019 was a really bad year for Trump. If this is the guy you still want, then your stupidity cannot be fixed. My thoughts and prayers go out to you because you need divine intervention.
