Here is a link you can use to read the entire redacted Mueller Report. There are only two things you need to know about the Mueller Report.

1.  Collusion was NOT a consideration. Instead, Mueller looked at the possibility of Conspiracy of the Trump campaign to work with the Russians to interfere with the 2016 Presidential election. Though there were many contacts between the Trump campaign personnel and the Russians, and much interest on both sides to reap the benefits,Mueller found no evidence that the Trump campaign benefitted from those contacts or Russia was offered anything to help the Trump campaign (Vol. I Section IV). So technically, there was no conspiracy and no collusion. In my opinion, with all the Russian contacts with Trump Campaign officials, the Russians were just too smart to get caught. The Trump people weren’t that smart. Remember Don Jr. chomping at the bit to get dirt on Hillary Clinton (Vol.I Page 110 Item 5). Intent was clearly established. There was an attempt to get dirt on Hillary from the Russians. Just because they didn’t does not negate the crime. If you conspire or attempt to commit murder, you still go to jail if you get caught because legally, intent is established. Mueller could have ruled definitively on this type of evidence. There were just too many Russians crawling around the Trump campaign.

2.  Regarding Obstruction, Mueller did not indict the President because of the OLC recommendation (Vol II Page 2 Third Point). During the Executive Conclusion, Mueller stated that if Trump did not commit obstruction, he would have stated that. He also stated that in his conclusions, the President is NOT exonerated (Vol II Page 8 Conclusion). Just because Trump says there was no obstruction and he is completely exonerated, does not make it so. Remember, Trump is a prolific pathological liar.

The OLC recommendation is not a law. It states that you can’t indict a sitting President because it may interfere with the performance of his duties as President. I hope that recommendation gets changed into a law that states: If the President steals from the American people, commits treason, or murders anyone, he should be immediately removed from office, charged, and convicted. Trump is stealing from the poor and giving to the rich with the tax plan he put into effect last year. He committed treason on national TV when he believed Putin over our own Intelligence Agencies regarding Russian Interference with the 2016 Presidential election. It is also treason that he has said or done very little to make sure it doesn’t happen again. The only thing left is he hasn’t murdered anyone that we know of. Who knows, if we keep digging, no pun intended, Trump might get that box checked too.

Here is my summary. Volume I did not establish conspiracy, but there were a ton of Russians mingling with the Trump Campaign Staff. If it walks like a duck, acts like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it’s a duck.

Volume II did establish obstruction but Mueller did not indict because of the OLC recommendations. Remember, Mueller said if there was no obstruction, he would have said so, and he could not exonerate the President. Vol II is quite clear on those points. No guesswork necessary.

Now it’s up to the American people to see how dangerous President Trump is for America. He is a con artist, a thief, a liar, he is keeping our country divided by stoking the fires of Xenophobia, and he is against clean energy, water and air. He is causing world chaos by weakening ties with our allies, actively seeking alliances with dictators, abandoning Nuclear Treaties,  and ignoring the Constitution. It’s one thing to say something is fake news, but it’s another thing to try and censure the news media, say our complete system of justice, intelligence, and law enforcement is corrupt. He would have you believe that he is the only one you can trust. If you believe that, I am more worried about you than I am President Trump.
