REPUBLICANS, ARE YOU REALLY CLULESS?

In some of my past blogs, I have tried to give Republicans facts, I’ve tried to shame them by calling them stupid, I’ve made fun of them, and I tried to shine light on their God Donald Trump. Are you interested only in money? Why do you tolerate Nazi’s, KKK, and white supremacists in your party? And there is complete disregard of facts and truth, the complete acceptance of conspiracy theories and lies. Are you really so hateful, or are you really just clueless. Here is a video that shows how you change reality to fit your view.

Ask yourself these questions:

If the DEEP STATE and the Democrats were powerful enough to steal the 2020 Presidential election causing Donald Trump to lose, why did he win in 2016? The DEEP STATE and Democrats didn’t want him then either, so that should prove that’s just how people VOTED.
Why do you still believe the lie that Trump won the 2020 election? No one has produced significant evidence of voter fraud, and Trump went to 60 courts to plead his case and could not produce any evidence of voter fraud. Trump either lost those cases or the cases were dismissed for lack of evidence. The courts is how we settle disputes in America, but that’s not good enough for you now. So the DEEP STATE with Republican judges are against Trump too?

Before Trump became President, here are somethings that were public records: Trump had 6 bankruptcies, his airline company, his water company, his clothing company, and his casino businesses FAILED!!!! So why did you still think he was a great businessman?
Here are a few comments from some of my Republican friends before Trump was elected: Anybody but Hillary, Trump will become Presidential, He says what’s on his mind, He speaks to the common man. Did any of those things work out? Hillary now looks good in comparison, President Trump threw paper towels to the people in Puerta Rico after a devastating hurricane, he said he could shoot someone on 5th avenue and wouldn’t lose any votes (who says stuff like that? it’s insane. He said he was joking and the crowd laughed, but he didn’t laugh. Would you really vote for a MURDERER?), he spoke to the common man, and those common men broke into the United States Capital in Washington, D.C., damaged offices, stole artifacts, defecated inside, sought to kidnap members of Congress, and shouted to hang Vice President Mike Pence. Trumps rhetoric has divided this country to near Civil War. Ok you gun loving nut bags, admit it, if someone was breaking into and entering your house, would you shoot them? Of course you would. So was it a peaceful protest or an insurrection? After watching this video, How can you say it was a peaceful protest. People were horribly injured, and some were killed that day. There is nothing peaceful about violent death. All of this is a result of the vicious words, blatant lies, and dereliction of duty by President Trump. He should have addressed the mob immediately to urge them to stop the violence and go home. Once they left the Capital, he should have denounced their actions and said something to heal the nation.
Why do Republicans seem to settle disputes with violence? Since they never offer solutions to the problems they blame Democrats for, violence is their preferred method for change. Yes you have doctors, lawyers, teachers, scientist, and mathematicians, and a host of other very smart people, but what you lack is common sense. Just review my first video link. Stop making up conspiracy theories when your understanding of the truth doesn’t make sense to you, or you don’t accept the truth.

My Blog is called Voice of Reason because I present simple facts and video that clearly demonstrate the truth. It’s not what I believe, it’s the truth. When you look at the insurrection video, the majority of the people are white, there are confederate flags, Nazi’s, white supremacist, and just regular good old boys. If you think and act like those people, you should be ashamed of yourself. You don’t love your country, your neighbor, or yourself. My take on it is white people are crazy. If you consider yourself Christian, you have got to know you are probably going to hell unless you change the way you think, because Jesus talked about love your neighbor, help the needy and poor, and the love of money is the root of all evil, he that is without guilt cast the first stone. If you participated in the insurrection or you think the insurrection was justified, you were not in line with Jesus’s teachings.

All I’m really asking you to do is, instead of automatically rejecting things you don’t agree with, do your own research. Google is still and excellent source for facts and yes, so are the .gov sites. I know you don’t trust the government, so why did you trust Donald Trump (click the liar palooza video above). Here are a few more facts about the Trump President’s term: He didn’t build the wall, Mexico didn’t pay for it, there was a trillion dollar deficit and Trump cut taxes and the deficit grew to 6 trillion dollars at the end of his 4 years. Obama’s deficit was 6 trillion dollars at the end of 8 years, Trump had Russians in the oval office without an English interpreter, He believed Putin instead of his own intelligence agencies, he admitted to favoring red states over blue states, and his rhetoric pitted different groups of Americans against each other, got no infrastructure bill, didn’t stop the drug crisis, and didn’t do anything about mass shootings. I could go on, but I think you may finally get the picture. With all that has happened since Trump became President, He said “I alone can fix it”, very little of anything that he promised was done. He was truly a man of all talk and no action. How is that possible for a man that knows more about everything. So you may ask, what is the Republicans plan to lower the deficit, they either offer no plan, or they want to cut budgets that help the elderly and the poor. Really, you’re willing to ride with those guys? Oh yeah, one final thing, some of you refused to vote for Hillary or Trump, for those of you who could have held their nose and voted for Hillary, she would have become President. That’s the only statement I can’t prove.

We live in a great country where we have a Constitution to help guide us on the right way to govern securely and peacefully. The 1st, 2nd,13th,15th, and 19th Amendments are rock star clauses in the Constitution. Despite that excellent guidance, Americans seem to have lost their common sense and appear to do whatever they want. They completely ignore facts and believe what they are told on social media and the lies politicians are telling them. The biggest liar of course is Donald Trump. Trump lost the 2020 Presidential Election and he objected to the results by saying he won that election with more votes, and the reason he lost was voter fraud. Trump did the right thing by litigating his position. After all, courts are the most trusted way to settle disputes. All that is required is proof of evidence supporting Trump’s position. Trump’s arguments were dismissed in about 60 lower courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. Most were dismissed because Trump’s legal team could not produce any evidence to support his position. There were at least 8 Trump-appointed Judges that made the decision to dismiss Trump’s argument. In addition to the court decisions, former Attorney General Bill Barr, The Cyber Security Chief, Republican Election Commissioners in disputed states like Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, FOX News, and other news reporting agencies all agree that Joe Biden won the 2020 election. Still, Trump insists that he won that election and lost because there was voter fraud. Trump simply could not present a shred of evidence to support his position. HE HAS NO PROOF! Instead, he instigated a riot in the U.S. Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. A Congressional hearing is revealing proof of Trump’s orchestration of that riot. Notice that most of the above sources are prominent Republicans that were initially strong Trump supporters. Over time, they realized that Trump would never become more Presidential and he is indeed dangerous for America.

If Trump is lying about the Presidential election, what else has he lied to you about? Common sense says you can’t trust a liar. Since Republican Legislators go along with Trump, you can’t trust them either. After all, Republicans don’t denounce the KKK, Nazi’s, or white supremacists. They should be kicked out of the Republican party, and let them start their own Political Party. Do you really want to be a member of a Party that tolerates that kind of people. Republican rallies are lily white and Democrat rallies have racial diversity. America is racially diverse and that diversity is what makes this country great.

All Politicians lie, but Republicans told the biggest lie with absolutely no proof and nearly destroyed Democracy in America. They also put children in cages, shut down the Government, downgraded the U.S. credit rating, removed a woman’s right to choose her right to manage her health care (Roe v Wade), legislated who you can love (anti-LGBTQ legislation), and ignore regulations to help control climate change. Another Republican flaw is that because they don’t believe available facts, they invent conspiracy theories. Just remember, theories by definition, have not been proven. Finally, because Republicans downplayed how serious COVID Virus was by delaying vaccine development, promoting the use of worthless vaccine treatments, and discouraged mask usage, over a million people have died in the United States. Our country’s short-term memory, or habitually voting along party lines, cannot be an excuse to vote for a Party with the above things as part of their legacy. Sometimes I feel that people who can vote for such a party are evil. They may not be evil, but they are certainly willfully stupid.

We need to give the Republican Party a chance to regroup. They can become a viable party without the baggage eventually. The 2022 midterm election just isn’t the time. Consider voting for Democrats or Independents. But no matter how you vote, remember the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States is the standard by which we are best governed. Representative Liz Cheney, the cochairman of the January 6 Hearings, summarized the Hearing findings and how important Democracy is. Deviation from that guideline will destroy our Democracy. Police And Lethal Force

We all know that being a Police Officer is a dangerous job. However, people applying for that job also know how dangerous it is. But when using lethal force, excuses like I was afraid for my life, I thought it was a Taser, he was resisting arrest, and he was fleeing the scene, do not call for the death penalty. Also, passing a counterfeit $20 bill, stealing a pack of cigarettes, having an air freshener hanging from your rearview mirror, and not taking an extra second or two to clearly identify a lethal weapon before killing the suspect, is also an unnecessary use of lethal force. These situations are more indicative of inadequate job screening, failed psychological testing, inadequate job training, poor judgment, racism, and cowardice. Prospective applicants to any police department that rely on these excuses should be weeded out from the application process and never allowed to be police officers. You can’t have nervous or trigger-happy police officers in control of lethal weapons.

GUN-RELATED DEATHS

The Memorial Fund’s report says gun-related deaths claimed the lives of 48 officers last year, a 6% decline compared to 51 officers killed in gun-related incidents in 2019.

Of the 48 officer gun-related deaths, 11 fatalities involved an officer investigating a suspicious person or activity, seven officers were killed responding to domestic disturbance calls, six deaths each involved officers attempting an arrest and an ambush on the officers, three deaths were tactical situations, and three others were in response to domestic disturbance calls.

Four officers died responding to a robbery or burglary in-progress call while three officers were killed during traffic stops. Two officers were killed last year while serving warrants, two others were killed by inadvertent gunfire and one police officer was killed by firearms while responding to a mental health call.

RACIAL DISPARITY IN POLICE SHOOTINGS

Compare those 48 police officers killed in 2020 to 457 White suspects killed and 241 Black suspects killed by police. Whites represent over 60% of the population and Blacks represent only 14% of the population. With only 14% of the population, Blacks killed represent about 50% as much as Whites killed. This fact clearly shows there is a problem with how police assess threat and administer lethal force. They either are afraid of Blacks, they are racist, or they simply don’t know how to properly do their job. These numbers are ironic considering the number of White people who love their guns, commit heinous crimes like murder, serial killing, mass killings, are members of right wing military groups, and overran the United States Capital on January 6, 2021. Republican voters and legislators have downplayed the absolute fact that White people tried to overthrow the government. They made all sorts of excuses that these were not Trump voters, they were Antifa and other left-wingers pretending to be Trump voters. The bottom line however is, those folks were White. FBI STATISTICS ON MURDER

As you can see by the above graphs and websites, White people in the US are very lethal and dangerous. According to the FBI murder statistics, Whites kill Whites, Blacks kill Blacks, Hispanics kill Hispanics, etc. As far as any White person is concerned, you should be more concerned and afraid of someone in your own race, than someone in any other race. And that’s where Law Enforcement should focus, on the most dangerous threat in the US, White people. Police Officers and White people in general don’t see the inherent threat and dangers of the White race. Senator Ron Johnson sums this point up. Black Lives Matter protestors went to the Capital and were met by military force. Protestors at the US Capital on January 6, 2021 were met by a skeleton crew of Capital Police. I guess Senator Johnson finally saw that White people can be very dangerous and lethal.

Now that we know the numbers, what can we do to make things better for everyone. First we have to get rid of the idea of defunding the police and abolishing the police. Those are truly crazy far left ideas. The next thing we need to do is thorough background checks of police applicants, thorough psychological profiles, rule out applicants that are hard up for money, and if possible focus on applicants with prior community service or educational service. Finally, once hired, the applicant should receive intense training with a focus on the use of lethal weapons, and have regularly scheduled re-qualifying and retraining at least 2 times a year. This training should also include some type of racial sensitivity training at least once a year. The overall initial training should last somewhere between 6 to 12 months before the officer is placed on the street. That is still far less time training than in other professions.

Regarding the use of lethal force, there should be a national federal standard. In non-violent crimes, no lethal force should be used unless a lethal weapon is clearly identified, and that weapon is not surrendered when ordered to do so. If there clearly is no weapon, and the officer feels like he cannot handle the situation, he should call for backup. In the case of the suspect trying to flee, the use of the Taser should be approved. If the suspect is handcuffed and subdued, and lethal force is used after the suspect is subdued, those officers should be charged with manslaughter or murder. Excuses like I was afraid for my life, I thought it was a Taser, he was running from the scene, are all invalid reasons for using lethal force or avoiding the manslaughter or murder charge. Of course, more agencies and individuals will have to agree on the specifics of a national lethal weapon standard, but it should be no more complicated than what I have outlined here.

These simple changes should help protect all Americans of every race from the unnecessary use of lethal force. It’s time the police were held accountable for racism, laziness, inactivity, uncontrollable nervousness, being trigger happy, poor training, and poor judgment. Let me make this perfectly clear. I believe the overwhelming majority of police officers are decent, hard-working, caring, honest, and are good at their job. We all know however, that police officers are a tightknit group that protect their own, good or bad. It’s time to flip the script and get the bad seed out of the police department and let the good thrive.

THE RISE AND FALL OF TRUMPISM

Donald Trump became President of the United States for 2 reasons. First, he had star power because of his show The Apprentice. People that watched that show perceived him as extremely wealthy and thought he could likely manage money well. The second reason was because there was gridlock during the 8 years of Obama’s administration. Most of the gridlock was initiated by the Republicans. Instead of turning to the Democrats, the people were so frustrated, they wanted somebody who was not a politician and who knew something about money, to become President. Trump had both of those boxes checked. Hillary Clinton didn’t stand a chance. Despite having those 2 boxes checked, Trump had no political experience but he was an excellent liar and con man. He used those two highly developed skills to tell the people what they wanted to hear, and they believed him. But, having no experience made absolutely no sense. Would you want your auto mechanic, your doctor, your contractor, your airline pilot to work for you or on you, knowing they have no experience. Of course not!!!!! Trump was the only President with absolutely no political experience, unless you count George Washington. At least he commanded armies for years.

Donald Trump had 4 years to become more Presidential. That’s what Republican voters and legislators expected would happen. Trump could not be Presidential if he called women “horse face”, he had sex with a porn star and paid her not to tell anyone when he ran for President, he thinks some Nazi’s and KKK are “good people”, he publicly used profanity, he said “I could shoot someone on 5th avenue and people would still vote for me”, he encouraged his supporters at his rallies to attack peaceful protestors and he would pay their legal fees, he disrespected the Military by saying Senator John McCain, a POW, was not a hero because he was caught, and he ripped children away from their mothers at the southern border. These are some of Trump’s greatest hits. There are many others too numerous to mention here, but the worst is the treasonous statement he made in Helsinki while standing next to President Putin. He said he believed Putin instead of American Intelligence Agencies regarding Russian meddling in our 2016 elections. Trump resisted placing sanctions on the Russians until political pressure was applied. That’s TREASON!!!! VERY UNPRESIDENTIAL. Republican legislators have done nothing about overt treason, and that makes them traitors too. If you vote for Republicans, you are supporting a traitorous administration. You would think that treason is the worst, but he did worse on January 6, 2021. Donald Trump incited a riot to overturn an election. He initially went through all the proper channels claiming voter fraud. The lower courts, the Attorney General, the U.S. Cyber Security Department, many Republican run election commissions, and finally the Supreme Court determined there was no election fraud. Even after all that, Trump still stated that he won the majority of the votes. He then pointed his supporters, like a missile, to the US Capital on January 6, where they vandalized and desecrated it. They killed a Capital police officer and tried to capture or kill legislators. Treason and inciting a riot are very bad, but his impotent response to Covid–19 led to the deaths of over 500,000 Americans. Yes, Trump is a murderer.

Trump gets credit for things he had nothing to do with. He took credit for Obama’s great economy. He takes credit for appointing Supreme Court Justices that Mitch McConnell arranged by preventing Obama from naming a Justice during his last year as President, and rushing the Cavenaugh nomination. Despite having Republican majorities in the House and the Senate (They didn’t need a single Democrat vote), Trump’s day 1 promise to repeal and replace Obama Care and building a wall on the Southern border did not get done. Republicans thought taking children from their mothers was a great way to slow illegal immigration. Under Trump they removed regulations that protect the environment, offer consumer protections, reduce the chance of nuclear war, and prevent bank and corporations from getting us into another Recession. Republicans added laws that makes voting harder and downgraded the voting rights act in the Supreme Court. They blatantly ignored the rule of law and allowed Trump to do anything he wished.

During the Obama administration, Republicans started the chaos and gridlock in Washington by going on record to do everything possible to make Obama a one term President, shut down the government twice, and refused to raise the debt ceiling causing U.S. credit to be downgraded. They tried to use extortion to get Obama to repeal Obamacare or they would shut down the government. They wanted to cut Medicare, Medicaid, and Social security. Bottom line, Republicans have never cared about the working man. They are a one trick pony. Cut taxes for the the wealthy and corporations, give them tax breaks, and the money will trickle down to the people that need it. That policy has never worked and never will work, because that just becomes more money for them to keep.

Can you see a pattern here? Republicans don’t know how to govern, and now after 4 years, the American people said enough is enough. But wait, Trump, the Republicans on Capitol Hill, and 74 million Republican voters, don’t believe in majority rule as promised in the Constitution. Instead, it’s easier for them to believe that the approximately 5 million votes that gave Joe Biden the majority was voter fraud. They chose to believe 1 man, Donald Trump, the biggest liar on this planet. Even after Republican Governors, Election Commissioners, Senators, and Congressmen have accepted the results, and not a single major court case made it past even the Conservative Judges appointed by Trump. Trump Lawyers simply couldn’t produce any significant proof of fraud.

There may become a time when Republicans may be trustworthy again, but Donald Trump should never again be allowed anywhere near our seat of government. His Legacy will forever be that he murdered 100s of thousands of Americans.

May our Constitution, our Democracy, and the Rule of Law guide our political leaders. God be with us all, and God bless the United States of America.

THE TRUTH ABOUT FAKE NEWS

News has evolved from word of mouth, to newspapers, to Radio, to TV, the internet and social media. Somewhere along the way, we have been conditioned to not believe any of these sources. The term “Fake News” is relatively new and was hijacked then adulterated by Donald Trump. It was initially used to identify obviously false information. It was not designed to cast doubt on all news. The only way to dismiss all sources of news is to be present yourself at every event world wide and that of course is impossible. So at some level, you have to believe some of the news you are exposed to. Just proceed cautiously and trust but verify. Instead we are asked to believe the word of President Trump, a pathological liar, and Fox News only. This Blog will focus only on TV News for now. Here are some names in TV news that were trusted giants in their industry: Edward R. Murrow, Walter Cronkite, Chet Huntley, David Brinkley, Peter Jennings, Tom Brokaw. Some of you are too young to remember these men, but you have to understand there are still some news broadcasters that maintain their integrity. Of course, occasional errors are made in TV news reporting, but a fair and balanced News agency will make the necessary corrections as soon as possible.

Watch more than one news source then compare each. Usually if they all agree, the story is probably reliable. If one source disagrees with the majority, the majority is usually right. Just don’t forget to trust but verify. That’s where facts come in. Federal websites and State websites are usually a reliable source of information and facts. Remember, people are entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts. Armed with facts, you don’t have to guess if a story is true or fake. Treat News like the Constitution treats indicted criminals, innocent until proven guilty. Believing that all news is fake just proves you are lazy, narrow minded, and have a simple mind. America you have plenty of brain cells. Don’t waste them.

TRUMP COVID-19 TEST IS POSITIVE

President Trump has been downplaying the severity of the COVID-19 virus for months. He was even mocking Joe Biden for wearing a mask even though the experts stated that the simple act of wearing a mask could reduce the chance of getting the virus. The bottom line is, President Trump could have probably avoided his exposure. I do hope he does not get seriously ill, but he does have significant risk factors regarding age and being over weight.

This one event sums up who President Trump is and how his reelection is truly a CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER for the United States and the Constitution. Trump is simply a con artist, liar, and an unempathetic self serving ego maniac who suffers from delusions of grandeur. During the first debate, Trump was clearly out of control. He was like a rabid dog, attacking Joe Biden and Chris Wallace, the moderator of the debate. Between his debate performance and him being positive for Covid-19, you simply can’t trust anything he says and now you know he can wildly lose control of his emotions. Chris Wallace had to constantly remind him to allow him to ask his questions and allow Joe Biden to answer his questions without interruptions. Imagine Trump going into a blind rage during a nuclear crisis. If he can do that on a debate stage, he can certainly do that on the world stage.

The question is, did you listen to Trump or the science and medical experts regarding the virus. Trump said the virus was not a big deal, but the experts said take simple precautions like wear a mask. So who did you listen to? Now ask yourself, do you have family or friends who got sick or died? If you listened to Trump, you backed the wrong horse and the chickens have come home to roost. This sums up the Trump Presidency. I hope these recent events will guide you to make the best decision you can possibly make in the voting booth. God bless you and God bless the United States of America.

Trump is a compulsive, habitual, and pathological liar. He can’t help himself. Lying is like breathing for him. The problem is, his dedicated followers simply don’t care. Those same followers give him a pass on all of the many things he says and does that are just anti-American, antisocial, anti-intuitive, and sometimes just vindictive. Of course he can fire anyone in his administration that disagrees with him, but to fire a twin brother or deny a pension one month before retirement to an FBI Agent is just hateful.

Here are just a few other things you know are Unconstitutional or just plain wrong:

Trump removed peaceful protestors
All news is fake news. Really? We are supposed to believe a pathological liar instead?
His policy led to children in cages
Trump states that he knows more than his Generals
Trump ignores the advice of medical experts and doctors and does not initiate a national effort to control the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. As a result, over 200,000 have died. Yes he initiated a Chinese and EU travel ban which saved lives, but every life lost after that is from his downplaying of the severity of the COVID-19 virus and the use of mask. To this day he is attracting super spreader crowds. He made no attempt to hide the fact that the economy was more important than human life.
The Constitution gives Congress oversite over the Executive branch of government. Trump ignored subpoenas, failed to appear, and encouraged his staff to do the same. This shows that the Constitution and the rule of law means nothing to him. By the way, his taxes are still being audited. Yeah, riiiiiiiight!!!!
The Kurds helped the U.S. fight Isis, but he withdrew military cover allowing them to be at the mercy of Syria.
Trump is quick to point out that the social unrest about Black lives matter has resulted in riots, looting, and several police shootings that are happening in mostly blue states. He spends very little time talking about the unarmed citizens killed and maimed by the police which started the social unrest in most of those places in the first place. By the way, most of the COVID-19 hot spots are in red states and far more people are getting sick and dying than in the blue state “RIOTS”. Trump doesn’t mention that.
During the social, economic, and medical crisis, previous Presidents try to calm the country and pull us together. Not Trump. He is hellbent on tossing grenades and pouring gasoline on the fires. Trump is a coward, he never admits he is wrong, wants you to believe he is the smartest man alive, he never accepts responsibility for anything, and he always blames someone else for everything that goes wrong on his watch.

You Trump supporters always say things like Trump misspoke, that’s not what he meant, he was just joking. Even Trump said “I never kid.” So how many times are you going to give him a pass? Aren’t you tired of trying to explain his actions? It must be exhausting to cover for him everyday. At some point you have to come to the realization that Trump is mentally unstable and he is ripping the fabric of Democracy apart. He is not fit to continue as President of these great United States. With any one of the above items, he should be disqualified to be President and dog catcher too. When you look at all of them together, you wouldn’t want someone like that living next to you, so why would you want him as President?

When you seriously think about Trumps words and actions, don’t think of them as character flaws, see them for what they are. They are a simple choice of right verses wrong, lawful verses unlawful, and Constitutional verses Unconstitutional. You should let your heart guide you regarding right verses wrong, but lawful and Constitutional you can actually look up. Some of you need to stop accepting everything that Trump says as fact and start looking things up. You’ll be amazed when you are exposed to facts. Happy reading.

REPUBLICAN SMOKE AND MIRRORS

For years, Republicans have been telling Americans that they are the party of fiscal responsibility. They’ve been promoting Trickle Down economics, by catering to corporate America, keeping the deficit low, and tax cuts for Americans. During that same time, they have been trying to limit government programs that help people with food, healthcare, increased wages, and educational cost. Their approach is working for the rich. Corporate profits are high as are the salaries of corporate executives. Rich individuals are happy with Trumps tax bill. Trump even said, “Congratulations, you all just go a lot richer“. The only problem is, none of that money Trickled Down. The middle class and poor did not see a significant increase in wages, jobs, or healthcare. They never have and never will with Republicans in control of the economy. The following graphs expose the Republican perennial lies.

HERE ARE THE NUMBERS

The Numbers simply don’t lie. They clearly show that Republicans handle the economy much worse than Democrats. When comparing almost all metrics, they lose to Democrats almost every time. Republicans are making it difficult to get a decent wage, a decent job, try to deny you social services that provide food, child services, and healthcare, and keep trying to gut Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. As you can see by the numbers, they preside over deficits and recessions more often than Democrats. The stock market doesn’t do as well under Republicans. So if Republicans have a bad record on the economy, bad on jobs and unemployment, and bad on social issues, why would you vote Republican? What have the Republicans done for you, ever? Better yet, what have the policies of President Trump done for you over the past 3 1/2 years? I’ll bet if you don’t have money in the stock market or have a retirement plan, you’re going to be hard pressed to come up with something positive. BIDEN, BETTER CHOICE THAN TRUMP

Some Republican voters are having second thoughts about voting to re-elect President Trump because of his poor handling of the Covid-19 virus and the social protest that started with the murder of George Floyd. Trump has not tried to unite the country over either of these two issues. Instead, he has clearly demonstrated his lack of empathy, overall weakness, his desire to be a dictator by ignoring the Constitution of the USA (Lafayette Park), and lack of the ability to lead the nation under crisis. What I’ve heard the most from some of my Republican friends is that they agree, except for the economy, Trump is doing a horrible job as President. But they can’t vote Democratic because Joe Biden is senile and Democrats support abortion. Let me show you how these two reasons are not a valid enough reason to vote for Trump.

Regarding Joe Biden is senile. He does occasionally get his thoughts and words mixed up, but so does everyone. Are we all Senile? Trump spoke about Frederick Douglas in the present tense, and he replaced the word “origins” with the word”oranges“. There are many more examples, but they are too numerous to list. The bottom line is, the only other significant scandal Biden is implicated in is nepotism. He got his son a really high paying job. Oh but wait, Trump has two family members working in the White House. With this issue your choices are:

1. Joe Biden- a man who has occasional senile tendencies and who embraced nepotism or,

2. President Trump- a man who deliberately divides the country, incites violence, ignores the viral deaths of thousands of Americans, calls peaceful protests for Black Lives Matter riots, locks children in cages, ignores the Constitution of the USA, believed Putin over US Intelligence regarding 2016 election meddling, thinks some KKK and Nazi’s are very fine people, states the Confederate flag and monuments are part of the American heritage (traitors who killed American soldiers), said John McCain (a POW) was not a hero, and Trump also embraces nepotism. Joe Biden’s list of concerns will never be as long as Trumps. No matter how many more items you could add to the Biden list, you can multiply it 10 fold and add it to Trump’s list. Common sense says your chances of survival is best fighting just one man vs fighting 10 men. The same holds true for a mans character. You have the fewest problems and the best chance dealing with a man with the fewest character flaws. Trump brags about himself being the smartest, has the most, and nobody can match him on anything. He finally got something right. He is the biggest Liar and has the most Character Flaws. You wouldn’t accept a man like Trump as your neighbor. How can you accept him as your President?

Regarding abortion and Democrats. Time for you Republicans to have a biology lesson. Before the sperm and egg meet, that’s life. So if you men masturbate or use a condom, and you women use a spermicide, IUD, or a morning after pill, you have just killed a child. Tens of millions of kids are killed this way compared to abortion. And just like the people that use abortion to kill, you too will be judged by God. The only truly moral way to have a clear conscious about not having a baby is to never deliberately try to not have a baby and just let chance decide. God doesn’t need your help to render judgement on people who choose abortion. He’s got this. Let Him do His job. Even Jesus said “Render unto Cesar the things that are Cesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s”. Translation, obey man’s law unless it conflicts with God’s law. Right now, abortion is legal and is not on the ballot in 2020. God’s message is one of love even if someone does something horrible. God doesn’t need you to kill the abortion doctor, He’ll deal with it. Women have a choice to have an abortion. If they make the wrong choice, He’ll deal with it. For you Atheist, it boils down to a matter of a woman’s choice and not right verses wrong. You and I have the choice to murder or not to murder and it is the same choice a woman makes when thinking about abortion. In both cases, man’s law will initially apply first, but if there is a God, His Law will be the final authority. Some ex murderers will be in Heaven just like the Thief on the Cross when Jesus was crucified. Don’t forget your Christian beliefs and apply them here. Remember Jesus said: “Love your enemies”(Matthew 5:44).

It’s obvious that Joe Biden has less baggage than President Trump and that Trump is the focal point of the political, social, and world unrest we are currently experiencing. I can only ask Republicans to vote for Biden, but if you can’t, either don’t vote or write-in your Republican candidate. Please, just don’t vote for Trump. If he gets another 4 years, we might not be able to save our Republic from becoming a Dictatorship, and a Dictatorship is far worse than the Socialism you fear. We’ll just become more like Canada and that’s better than Trump is doing now.

TRUMP IS DANGEROUS FOR AMERICA

I’ve been saying in my Blog that Trump is dangerous for America and American Democracy for the past 3 years. Finally, there are high ranking officials in Trump’s Administration (General Mark Milley Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff & Mark Esper Defense Secretary) and previous Presidential Administrations that agree. Most of these officials are Generals and Admirals. They have an unwritten code to not make negative comments about a past or sitting President. Many of them broke that code when President Trump used force to break up a peaceful protest so he could have a photo op in Lafayette Square. This shows Trump’s ignorance of the Constitution of the United States, his poor judgement, his lack of mature leadership, his poor understanding of the American people and society, and his blatant rejection of the rule of law. If you don’t agree with or understand these basic strengths relating to the Constitution, then you are the anarchist and traitor to the United States of America and not the protesters.

Stop Killing Us

There is no question that America is the greatest country in the world. It is filled with the promise of a good life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the hope of a true union of the people of the United States. But the killing of Mr. George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota by a police officer who strangled him to death with his knee on his neck, diminishes America’s greatness. This event underscores the fact that racism remains endemic in America. For those of you who think that people of color are exaggerating how serious and frequent racist treatment occurs on almost a daily basis in housing, jobs, retail, and the criminal justice system, this is a clear statement that racism is alive and well in America. Mr. Floyd was arrested for an alleged counterfeiting crime. The crime he was arrested for does not carry with it the death sentence if convicted. Mr. Floyd likely resisted arrest but he was subdued, handcuffed, thrown on the ground, and a knee was placed on his neck for about nine minutes with three other policemen watching. Mr. Floyd told the officers he couldn’t breathe. Passers by informed the officers that Mr. Floyd was struggling to breathe. Thankfully the police officer who killed him was charged with murder and the other 3 officers have charges pending. This is a necessary initial first step, but how can Americans continue to ignore racism and allow it to destroy our union from within?

Until we the people acknowledge that racism is a cancer in America, that left unchecked, it will absolutely usher in the chaos of Democracy and the the death of our Republic. The U.S. Constitution states that all men are created equal. When it was written, people of color were not treated as equals. Over the years since the Constitution was written, equality was legislated into the constitution but has not been enforced fairly or equally. It is time that equal protection under the law be enforced. It doesn’t make a difference if a citizen, law enforcement, or the military chokes the life out of someone with a knee on the neck for nine minutes, it is murder. Of course if there is an enemy in war or well documented self defense, a charge of murder is not warranted.

With regards to the riot that followed Mr. Floyd’s murder, there is no justification for burning and looting. There were a few people among a crowd of mostly peaceful protesters who triggered the riot. Those few should be brought to justice and prosecuted. The anger is understood, but peaceful protest is the only way to eradicate racism. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr proved that. We just need to use his blueprint to stamp out the last vestiges of racism and social injustice. Most Americans know racism is still a problem in America, but too few of you have voiced your concerns. This is a time in America’s history that we have to speak in one clear and committed voice that racism will no longer be tolerated, and equal justice under the law will be the standard everyone will be judged by.

Racism in America, simply put, is overwhelmingly white people taking advantage of and exerting force upon people of color. Why racism exist is more difficult to define. My guess is that throughout history, white people have dominated the world through theft, intimidation, and murder. Once civilization evolved to have rules, domination became less easy to maintain legally, and that began to balance the power. Though the balance of power was becoming more equal legally, whites still maintained the advantage of the weapons of death and they used them liberally. Whites want to keep their advantage of overall power and are willing to kill to keep it. Other whites, because of ignorance and propaganda, fear people of color and sometimes kill because they think people of color will harm them “I was afraid for my life”. White people, understand that people of color are not out to get you. Just stop the killing. They just want the promise the Constitution gives of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. If you don’t believe me check the FBI statistics on murder. As you can see, you are more likely to be harmed or killed by a white person than any other race. Beware of your neighbor, brother, sister, cousin, and white strangers. These are the people who are harming, stealing from, and killing you the most. This truth is true for every race. People are at more risk from people of their own race than people of other races.

So if you truly want a United States of America filled with truth, justice, and equality, then you want to stamp out racism. This is your call to do and say everything you can, whenever you can, to make sure racism is relegated to the history books. Only when this is done will America be truly great. We can do better. We are better. Let’s prove it. May God bless us and may God bless the USA.

SOME WHITE PEOPLE ARE STUPID

Stupid Is As Stupid Does

First let me say that there are some stupid people in every race, so this is not a racist statement. This is a purely political statement. I say that based on the fact that most of the people who voted for Donald Trump were white. Most voted for him because they always vote Republican, others didn’t like Hillary Clinton, some didn’t think the economy was recovering fast enough, they wanted immigration reform, and they wanted Pro-Life Judges on the Supreme Court. The rest of the Trump voters are just plain stupid. They are stupid because they abandoned some teachings they learned early in life. These teachings demonstrate how common sense thinking can help us understand the world around us. If you are guilty of ignoring all of the teachings when you voted for Trump, then you my friend, don’t have common sense and therefore are stupid. Here’s how you can tell if you are stupid:

1. IF IT AIN’T BROKE DON’T FIX IT

After President Bush and the Republicans destroyed our economy, President Obama and the Democrats brought us back to nearly complete recovery. Here are the numbers. With such an overwhelming improvement over the Bush/Republican economy, it didn’t make sense to switch back to Republicans. Republicans literally got caught with a smoking gun in their hands when they tanked the economy. So you elect Trump, a man with a horrible business track record to fix the economy. What were you thinking? “It’s the economy stupid”. Duuuuuuuh!!!!

2. A BIRD IN THE HAND IS WORTH TWO IN THE BUSH

Hillary Clinton was a seasoned politician and Trump had no political experience. Yes Hillary had rumors of corruption, multiple murders, and Benghazi. Even with multiple Whitewater and Benghazi hearings run by Republicans, no proof ever came of it. In America, you are innocent until proven guilty. On the other hand, Trump went bankrupt multiple times and his business was in such chaos that U.S. banks won’t lend him money. He was sued by The Justice Department for housing discrimination. Trump admitted to sexual assault on video. This was not locker room talk. Locker room talk is “I wish I could…” or “she let me…”. I have never heard a man admit that he just grabbed a woman by her private parts. So here you have Clinton with vast political experience who clearly had unproven accusations under oath. Contrast that with Trump with no political experience, was bad at running a business, treated women like pieces of meat, and was a racist. Clinton was clearly the lesser of the two evils, but the stupid people chose Trump anyway.

3. IF IT’S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS

Trump said “I alone can fix it”. Anybody that says that is usually psychotic. Going to build a wall and Mexico is going to pay for it. Trump said he would repeal and replace Obamacare, but as of December 2019 he still has not repealed or replaced it, and has not produced his healthcare plan or a way to pay for it. Everything for Trump is so easy. Nobody knows more than Trump

4. WHERE THERE’S SMOKE THERE’S FIRE

There were just too many Russians mingling with the Trump campaign staff. Don Trump Jr. admits lots of Russian assets and an interest in the Trump Tower meeting.The Russians are still there. Giuliani is Trump’s lawyer. He was traveling with two men with Russian connections who were about to leave the country. Those two men were arrested at the airport before they could leave the country. Trump had Russians in the Oval Office 2 years ago, and as recently as on 12/10/19.

Those of you who didn’t get a clue during the first election will get a second chance to pick someone other than Trump, and I’m going to help with a few more sayings. Now that Trump has been President for almost 3 years, you should now know how these sayings apply:

5. BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER

A lot of Trump’s “Best People” are either under investigation, indicted, in prison, have quit, or have been fired. Trump picked a lot of those people. Either he is the worst judge of character, they didn’t have a clue on how to do their job, they were inherently corrupt, or Trump was a lousy boss. Either way, Trump was like them, and he was their ring leader. It’s unlikely that all of his “Best People” were bad at their jobs and Trump was perfect at his. If anything, Trump was the poison in the soup. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Yep, Trump is the tree and a bunch of rotten apples fell from it.

6. LIKE RATS JUMPING OFF A SINKING SHIP

If you see a lot of people leaving any business, it means something is wrong with the business and the leadership of the business, and you should probably take your business somewhere else. The White House is no exception. There is just too much turnover.

7. LIAR, LIAR, PANTS ON FIRE

How many of you would tolerate a friend that lies all the time? You wouldn’t trust him to do anything important for you. You couldn’t trust him to keep your kids or drive your car. You wouldn’t know if he would keep his appointments or promises. You wouldn’t let him manage your money. Now think of a President that lies all the time. This is his most famous lie. Here is a pack of lies. This is why Trump lies. Here is a link to a Trump lie database. Why the stupid Trump voters don’t care about his lies. You can’t trust him to keep his promises, keep his oath to defend the Constitution of the United States(Trump believed Putin and not U.S. Intelligence), or look out for the poor and middle class. Heck, he hasn’t introduced a Jobs or Infrastructure Bill that could help the poor and middle class. Has not tried to increase minimum wages. He could have done it his first two years when Republicans had full control of the House and Senate. He couldn’t even repeal and replace Obamacare then. And oh yeah, since Mexico said they weren’t going to pay for the wall, he took money from the U.S. military budget to pay for it.

If you were not aware of some of the seven sayings listed above and voted for Trump, then you were just not well informed or ignorant but not stupid. Now that you know the seven sayings and you still plan to vote for Trump, you simply have malignant and terminal stupidity. 2019 was a really bad year for Trump. If this is the guy you still want, then your stupidity cannot be fixed. My thoughts and prayers go out to you because you need divine intervention.

Donald Trump is a Dictator wanna be who is in a position to make good on his wish by dividing instead of uniting the great citizens of the U.S. He already has his base ignoring his criminal, immoral, and treasonous behavior. They don’t care about his incessant pathological lying, and has them believing that he is the only one telling the truth. He has weakened their faith in our Intelligence Agencies, Justice System, Legislative Branch of Government, and all news media except FOX News. He is fanning the fires of racism. Finally, he is destroying the essence of the Constitution of the United States by ignoring the rule of law and running our great nation with knee-jerk responses instead of careful thought. Trump’s followers stick with him because he is bold, unapologetic, cusses like them, and thinks of women like they are pieces of meat. And yes, there must be a few women that like being thought of in that way. How else do you explain Women For Trump t-shirts? If anybody but Trump grabbed them by the vagina, the guy doing the grabbing would be going to jail.

Now the question is, how do you prevent a dictator from rising to power? Congress must enact laws to protect the American people against lies, deceit, and foreign interference as follows:

A candidate for President must be disqualified if found to be deliberately lying to the electorate, giving misleading information about their platform, or engaging with members of a foreign government within 5 years before and during the campaign for President. Once a candidate is nominated for President by their Party, the Federal Government must vet the nominee. If the nominee does not pass the vet, the runner up must now be vetted, and so on. Adultry with a Porn star when you are married, while immoral, is not illegal or a problem, but paying to keep it quiet so you can become President is a felony. You go directly to jail. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.

Once a President is seated, he is sworn to uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. If he deliberately fails to do his duty on any or all levels, he is in violation of the Constitution. In that scenario, the Constitution mandates that he be Impeached. Trump in currently in violation of the Constitution by ignoring the rule of law, obstructing justice, and ignoring subpoenas. The Legislative Branch of Government has oversight over the President’s Branch of Government. This oversight is mandated by the Constitution. The House of Representatives is also ignoring the rule of law by not initiating impeachment. They are “weighing their political options”. In other words, they are trying to keep their jobs and win the Presidency in 2020. The Constitution did not say, don’t impeach if you may lose your job or an election. None of that will matter if we lose our Democracy, empathy, and morality as a nation. If they don’t stop Trump now, they are sending the message that future Presidents can run the country the same way he is doing. We now live in a country where lying is the norm, our allies are treated with disrespect, our enemies are our best friends, racism is just a nuisance, and Trump is the only one to be trusted. Really!!!! 1. Trump lies on camera all the time. How many times have you seen him lie with a straight face on camera? 2. Did you see him agree with Putin over the CIA about Russian interference with our 2016 elections? 3. How many times did he alienate our allies on camera? 4, How much more air, water, and land pollution can we tolerate? The Paris Climate Accords may have been unfair to the U.S., but who cares about fairness if you can’t breathe the air, drink the water, or grow crops. Still no replacement plan. 5. Trump makes racist tweets and comments. 6. A sampling of Trump ignoring the Rule of Law.

The above six items can only lead to a divided people, chaotic government, and moral decay which ultimately leads to the loss of our freedoms and the fall of our civilization. Is a booming economy, rich people getting richer, Conservative Judges on the Supreme court, Immigrant bans, and making our new allies Communists worth the destruction of our system of Government and the loss of our freedoms?Republicans don’t want you to vote for Democrats because they are Socialist leaning. Democrats may be leaning toward Socialism, but the Republican President is openly embracing Communist leaders. What’s wrong with this picture? Socialism is an ideal that suggest that all Citizens benefit and contribute equally in the society. Communism is an organization that forces the will of a few over all the Citizens. Neither choice is ideal, but if you had to pick one, Socialism is better than Communism. Of course, we have the best system and it’s called Democracy. Let’s keep it. You know what to do in 2020!!!!

European (white people) colonies in the North America began in the 1500’s. The Roanoke colony was established in 1585 and Jamestown in 1607. The pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock in 1620. While all of these events are an important part of the nation’s beginnings, none of them marked the first permanent settlement in what would later become the United States. That distinction belongs to St. Augustine, Florida, established by the Spanish in 1565. Each of these colonies and almost all others that followed were settled by white immigrants. People of color (Native Americans) already lived in North America.

This is what Trump said about immigrants and people of color when he was running for President. These are clearly racist statements. What did white immigrants do when they came to America? They lied to the natives, cheated them when bartering, raped, murdered, stole their land, spread lethal diseases, and committed genocide on them. Trump and the people that agree with Trump are the true savages. Historically, white immigrants were far more lethal. Today, Trump lies about the criminal impact that immigrants have on America as numerous reports prove. Immigrants have a lower crime rate and less serious crimes than native-born Americans. Since he is lying about immigrant crime, then we don’t need a wall!!!!

Now think about the other lies Trump has told. Are new factories being built, are coal mines reopening, do you have a significant increase in your hourly wage, is our infrastructure being rebuilt, have you gotten significant tax relief? We could use the wall money to get some of these things done. Donald Trump did get a Muslim band, scattered Isis, got 2 Supreme court Justices, removed lots of Corporate regulations, and met with a North Korean Dictator (no treaty). You got to give him credit for that, but did he put food on your table or make it easier to keep a roof over your head? My guess is NO.

If you ask yourself, what has Trump done specifically for me, and your answer is nothing or you are having trouble thinking of something, then you can stop falling for his lies. Remember, he had his first 2 years as President with control of the House and the Senate. During that time, he could have cranked out at least one piece of legislation that could have directly helped the middle class and the poor. He didn’t need a single Democratic vote. Instead, he threw money at rich people and Corporate America. It’s time to put Trump in the rearview mirror. Please pass this blog on to as many people as you can. Trump’s rhetoric is all about nothing but devisiveness. We should ignore Trump and be more united. It’s in our name afterall, United States of America.

MUELLER REPORT FOR DUMMIES

Here is a link you can use to read the entire redacted Mueller Report. There are only two things you need to know about the Mueller Report.

1. Collusion was NOT a consideration. Instead, Mueller looked at the possibility of Conspiracy of the Trump campaign to work with the Russians to interfere with the 2016 Presidential election. Though there were many contacts between the Trump campaign personnel and the Russians, and much interest on both sides to reap the benefits,Mueller found no evidence that the Trump campaign benefitted from those contacts or Russia was offered anything to help the Trump campaign (Vol. I Section IV). So technically, there was no conspiracy and no collusion. In my opinion, with all the Russian contacts with Trump Campaign officials, the Russians were just too smart to get caught. The Trump people weren’t that smart. Remember Don Jr. chomping at the bit to get dirt on Hillary Clinton (Vol.I Page 110 Item 5). Intent was clearly established. There was an attempt to get dirt on Hillary from the Russians. Just because they didn’t does not negate the crime. If you conspire or attempt to commit murder, you still go to jail if you get caught because legally, intent is established. Mueller could have ruled definitively on this type of evidence. There were just too many Russians crawling around the Trump campaign.

2. Regarding Obstruction, Mueller did not indict the President because of the OLC recommendation (Vol II Page 2 Third Point). During the Executive Conclusion, Mueller stated that if Trump did not commit obstruction, he would have stated that. He also stated that in his conclusions, the President is NOT exonerated (Vol II Page 8 Conclusion). Just because Trump says there was no obstruction and he is completely exonerated, does not make it so. Remember, Trump is a prolific pathological liar.

The OLC recommendation is not a law. It states that you can’t indict a sitting President because it may interfere with the performance of his duties as President. I hope that recommendation gets changed into a law that states: If the President steals from the American people, commits treason, or murders anyone, he should be immediately removed from office, charged, and convicted. Trump is stealing from the poor and giving to the rich with the tax plan he put into effect last year. He committed treason on national TV when he believed Putin over our own Intelligence Agencies regarding Russian Interference with the 2016 Presidential election. It is also treason that he has said or done very little to make sure it doesn’t happen again. The only thing left is he hasn’t murdered anyone that we know of. Who knows, if we keep digging, no pun intended, Trump might get that box checked too.

Here is my summary. Volume I did not establish conspiracy, but there were a ton of Russians mingling with the Trump Campaign Staff. If it walks like a duck, acts like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it’s a duck.

Volume II did establish obstruction but Mueller did not indict because of the OLC recommendations. Remember, Mueller said if there was no obstruction, he would have said so, and he could not exonerate the President. Vol II is quite clear on those points. No guesswork necessary.

Now it’s up to the American people to see how dangerous President Trump is for America. He is a con artist, a thief, a liar, he is keeping our country divided by stoking the fires of Xenophobia, and he is against clean energy, water and air. He is causing world chaos by weakening ties with our allies, actively seeking alliances with dictators, abandoning Nuclear Treaties, and ignoring the Constitution. It’s one thing to say something is fake news, but it’s another thing to try and censure the news media, say our complete system of justice, intelligence, and law enforcement is corrupt. He would have you believe that he is the only one you can trust. If you believe that, I am more worried about you than I am President Trump.

IT’S MUELLER TIME

First things first. The Special Counsel’s Report on Russian meddling in our Democratic process and whether President Trump committed collusion or obstruction is complete. NEITHER CONGRESS OR THE PUBLIC KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT’S IN THE REPORT!!!!!!

Attorney General Barr stated in his summary that there was no collusion, the charge of Trump’s obstruction of justice was inconclusive, and regarding obstruction of justice, President Trump was NOT EXONERATED. Keep in mind that Barr is nothing more than the FOX GUARDING THE HENHOUSE when you take into account the unsolicited memo he wrote to audition for the Attorney General job. That being the case, his summary really has no credibility.

Of course President Trump’s response to Barr’s report was a half truth (“there was no collusion”) and a lie (“he was completely and totally exonerated”). Because of Barr’s bias for the President, the collusion question is still on the table, and even Barr, President Trump’s main man, stated that regarding the obstruction charge, Trump was NOT EXONERATED. Trump can’t help himself. Lying is like breathing for him.

Now here is my take on all of this. Everybody needs to calm down. We need to save our energy for when Muller’s report is made public and not a moment before, unless it is not made public. If that happens, then we should go nuclear!!!!!

TRUMP AND BUYERS REMORSE

Trump supporters, you elected a man that is a pathological liar, ignores the Rule of Law, tries to delegitimize the Press, the Justice Department, and Intelligence Agencies, changes his mind about signing legislation at the drop of a hat, has admitted to committing sexual harassment, takes credit for the booming economy that Obama created, is at the center of our current political chaos, has polarized our nation, and destabilized the world. Even with all these obvious signs, why are some of you still supporting Trump? What’s wrong with you people. Do you have low moral character too, or are you racists or just too stupid to understand what you see and hear with your own eyes and ears?

For those of you who still have an open mind, there are only 2 things you need to know about Trump to help you clearly see how dangerous Trump is for America:

Most of Trump ‘s “very best people” that he hand picked, have either quit, been fired, been indicted for lying or worse, been convicted of a felony, or have been sentenced to prison. Trump ignored the vetting process and picked people of poor moral character with criminal tendencies on purpose. If most of those people are dirty, more than likely, Trump is dirty, and that’s bad for America. Trump isn’t even trying to hide any of his destabilizing behavior.
Trump agreed with Putin over U.S. Intelligence agencies regarding Russian election meddling, was not enthusiastic about placing sanctions on Russia, just recently removed sanctions on Russia before Russia could be adequately dealt with, has bad mouthed U.S. Allies but not a negative word about Putin. Trump has met with Russian dignitaries and Putin several times without American’s present. One of those meetings was in the Oval Office where Trump discussed Top Secret Information. Even when an American translator was present, Trump won’t release the transcripts of what was discussed. Trump wants to break up NATO and the EU, is methodically removing American influence from the world stage, and is placing uncertainty in the U.S. economy by placing tariffs on other nations, and now has initiated a government shutdown. The government shutdown places millions of Americans under financial and physical stress. Some people may even die because they can’t afford healthcare or their medicine. These are all moves that Putin would approve of. Just watching Trump’s love affair with Putin, you really do begin to think that Trump could be a Russian asset.

Too many dots in the above sections are connected to Trump. Since the items in sections 1 and 2 are absolute facts, why would you want a President that would be involved in any of it. It’s time to get serious. I know Trump was elected because of government gridlock, and Americans did not want to elect a politician. We have seen enough, and the experiment is over. Trump in not going to pivot and become more Presidential and Congress is not performing their Constitutional oversight duties. This is a recipe for disaster for our country and indeed the world. If you care about Democracy, Freedom, and the Rule of Law, make sure you vote for anybody but Trump in 2020. God Bless America.

TRUMP DAZED AND CONFUSED ABOUT IMMIGRANTS

Trump thinks Immigration is a National Emergency and wants his wall built because immigrants murder Americans when they cross the border, have drugs pouring into the U.S., and terrorist and gang members are among them. Trump blames the Democrats for currently blocking a wall budget, but Republicans really don’t want a wall because:

For the past 2 years, Republicans had total control of the House, Senate, and the Presidency. They did not need a single Democratic vote, but did not budget any money to build a wall.
Trump was recorded saying he accepts the responsibility for shutting down the government and won’t blame the Democrats. Of course he changed his mind and now he blames the Democrats for the Government shutdown.
Even though the Democratic House and Republican Senate passed similar Bills to fund the Government, Trump refused to sign the bills after listening to FOX pundits.

The National Emergency can’t be Americans being murdered by immigrants, because immigrants are not murdering our school children (some as young as 6 years old) , killing 58 and wounding 500+ people in Las Vegas, or committing serial killings all over the country. That would be White American men mostly. When you add Women, Black, and Hispanic Americans who also kill, far more Americans are being murdered by American Citizens. That’s the National Emergency. Trump and the Republicans barely made a whisper about Americans killing each other, especially when it involved gun violence. Shame on the Republican politicians and voters who look the other way.

Yes lots of drugs are flowing through our Southern Border, but the immigrants are not forcing Americans to take those drugs. Even if there was a wall, Americans that want to abuse drugs or other substances would find a way. Nothing will stop them. Remember Prohibition, glue sniffing, and more recently Cheese (Black Tar Heroin, Tylenol PM, and Xanax), Crunk (Soda, Cough Syrup, and Prescription pain killers), Bath Salts, Hand Sanitizer, and Wasping (Insecticide). The last 4 are homemade, no border necessary).

Gangs are a big problem, but it’s mostly American Gangs. Gangs crossing the Southern Border represent only a small percent of the illegal aliens. This U.S. Customs & Border Patrol (CBP) link itemizes the different gangs they apprehend. The MS-13 gang represents just over 370 arrest in 2018. Trump said that number was in the thousands. Three hundred is hardly a National Emergency.

Finally, what about terrorist crossing the Southern Border? Again the Republicans lied and said the number was in the thousands. For 2018, it was only 6. Again, no emergency.

Republicans can’t govern even with majorities in the House, Senate, and the Presidency. So why should we trust them now that they lost the House of Representatives. They are very good at misdirection, half-truths, and lying. And of course, they have the liar in chief, President Trump. You don’t have to believe that Trump is colluding with Russia or obstructing the Russian investigation to know that he is dirty. There are too many people around Trump who resign or are fired because of misappropriating Federal funds, are indicted and plead guilty to felonies, and are sentenced to prison terms. Trump hand picked most of those people. There is no way he could surround himself with that many dirty people and he does not get dirty. Of course, Trump has to be dirty too. Even 5 year olds know if people around them are bad. I think Trump picked those dirty people so he could control them when he started doing his dirty deeds, and Trump is using the immigrants to deflect the spotlight off of himself. Donald, there is nowhere to hide now. Do yourself a favor and resign. What was I thinking? You can’t resign because, as an unindicted co conspirator in a felony, you will go to jail as Michael Cohen’s cellmate. I’d stay President as long as I could too. Good luck with that.

MIDTERM WIN

It’s been almost 2 years. If you’re not rich, What has Donald Trump done for you? Republicans control the House, Senate, and the Presidency. Did they: Repeal & Replace Obamacare with something better….NO. Build a wall and make Mexico pay….NO. Pass a Jobs Bill….NO. Do you have a better job or better paying job….NO. Pass an Infrastructure Bill….NO. Raise the Minimum Wage….NO. After 2 years and full control of the Government, Republicans should have passed something just for the middle class and the poor. Republicans did get 2 Supreme Court Justices, Pass a Trillion dollar plus tax Bill, Got a Nuclear Treaty with North Korea, Broke Nuclear Treaties with Iran & Russia, Imposed tariffs that will raise consumer prices, Got a Muslim ban, Removed regulations that protect the environment & consumers, Took children from their mothers and put them in cages, are trying to break up the European Union, NATO, and the U.N. Oh yes, just last week, Passed a Prison Reform Bill. Just in time for the results of the Mueller findings. None of the things Republicans got done were directed at the middle class and the poor except the Prison Reform Bill. Trump did not put you guys first. He did nothing for you directly at all during the first two years. Are you tired of winning yet?

Trump’s incessant lying, name calling, and cozying up to Putin is unbecoming of the U. S. President. Republican legislators do nothing to place checks on Trump even when he chooses to believe Putin over U. S. Intelligence Agencies (TREASON)!!!! Trump is doing a lot, but nothing for you. After 2 years of nothing for you, if you are still supporting Trump and Republicans, you are either: 1. Die Hard Republicans who are hard wired to vote Republican, no matter what, 2. Brainwashed, 3. Stupid, or 4. Racist. Trump voters, which group are you in? It’s not about loyalty to Party, it’s about loyalty to the United States of America.

Remember this guy. America was quieter and safer then. He wasn’t perfect, but he was competent, he had compassion, empathy, and didn’t lie much. Those were the days!!!!

Let’s review. President Bush put our economy in the worst recession since the great depression by starting a war, giving tax cuts to the rich, and allowing unchecked Congressional spending. Those actions lead to millions of jobs lost with high unemployment, failing financial institutions worldwide, a depressed housing market, millions of people on food stamps, and the deaths of American servicemen. On FOX News, Hannity blames President Obama. After Obama’s first year in office, all those negative numbers started to improve, and continued to improve until President Trump took over. When Trump took over, on day one, he took credit for the strong economy and the low unemployment rate. How could he take credit for something on day one. These graphs clearly show Obama did all the work necessary to turn the economy around.

UNEMPLOYMENT ROSE RAPIDLY BECAUSE OF THE RECESSION STARTED UNDER BUSH. AFTER OBAMA’S FIRST YEAR, THERE WAS A STEADY DECLINE TO 4.7%. TRUMP SIMPLY INHERITED AN ALREADY STEADY DECLINE.

On Inauguration day, Trump was too busy lying about how big his Inauguration crowd was, and has been lying to us every since.

All Republicans are lying to you. Mitch McConnell stated the deficit is so high that there will have to be cuts to Medicare and Medicaid. He forgot to tell you the $trillion+ tax cut to the rich and the massive military spending Republicans just passed, produced the high deficit. McConnell said Obama couldn’t pick a Supreme Court Justice in an election year, but rushed Judge Cavanaugh through in this election year. Trump is sounding an alarm because of 5-7,000 Refugees coming from the South. He’s worried about an increase in crime, drugs, and gangs. He doesn’t tell you the majority of those refugees are women and children and ICE crime statistics (see Table 2), show that immigrants have a relatively low impact on crime compared to FBI crime statistics. Just compare these two data bases and you will clearly see we have more to be concerned about U.S. criminals than illegal aliens. Republicans are in full control of the House, Senate, and the Presidency. They don’t need a single Democrat vote, but still can’t get any major legislation passed that will help working people. No Jobs Bill, no increase in minimum wage, no meaningful tax cuts for the middle class, no Infrastructure Bill. They have spent the last 8 years trying to take away your healthcare, telling women what they can do with their own bodies, ignoring the school shooting deaths of our children, telling you who you should love, and doing the bidding of Corporate America. Can you see the pattern here? Republicans simply don’t tell the whole truth and even tell lies to advance their agenda. They don’t know how to govern. Here is how legislation went during Obama’s and Trump’s first 100 days.

Hannity is right about the numbers, but he lied about whose fault it is. Republicans got us into the economic mess. He also leaves out the fact that Obama led us to almost complete economic recovery. Here is Rachel Maddow’s assessment of President Obama’s tenure. The difference between her account and Hannity’s account is that the numbers support her account.

THE COLIN KAEPERNICK QUESTION

Right off the bat, I agree with Colin’s right to protest and the reason he was protesting. I don’t agree with his choice of where and when he protested (During the National Anthem). Having said that, the men and women who fought and died to protect our freedoms, did so to secure those freedoms. They did not put themselves in harms way or die to protect our flag. Among those freedoms, the Constitution gives us the right to freedom of speech and the right to peacefully assemble (protest). Colin’s choice of where and when to protest is also protected. For those of you who are outraged by Colin protesting during the National Anthem, ask yourself this, if you saw someone on the street desecrating our flag or our National Anthem, would you risk your life to stop them? I wouldn’t try to stop them because our Constitution gives them the right to do so. After all, it’s just a piece of cloth. Our freedom is much more. Freedom is precious and is the life blood of our democracy. You can’t touch freedom, but without it, democracy cannot exist. Democracy will still survive if we run out of flags.

Many people are losing sight of the big picture. Colin was protesting the murder of unarmed men, women, and children of color by certain policemen who shouldn’t qualify as dogcatchers. It was Trump that said Colin was protesting the flag. That was just another of his many lies. Honestly, I don’t know why anyone is still taking him seriously. Ask yourself, what should bring the biggest outrage, desecrating the flag and National Anthem, or murdering innocent people? Colin never said all cops are pigs, and he never said anything to desecrate or diminish the importance of our flag. NIKE understands which is more important. They recognized that Colin sacrificed his career to bring attention to this horrible blight on our country. If you are still more outraged by someone desecrating the flag than the murder of innocent people, your outrage is severely misplaced. A single human being’s life will always be more sacred than an idea or a piece of cloth. Please reconsider your priorities of what is truly important.

You don’t have to know a person completely to get a sense of whether you can trust them or not. Initially, you use your observation to make your decision. If a person is clearly exaggerating their importance, lying, mocking a person’s religion, and demeaning people based on race, most people would not want to associate with that person. Further, if that same person was sympathetic to world leaders who have horrible records with respect to human rights, eliminates all independent news sources, discourages free speech, and imprison or murders political opponents, you would call that person a dictator. Donald Trump wants to imprison and mute anyone who has a different view from his. As for the other traits mentioned, Trump does all of them on a daily basis except murder.

So if you aren’t willing to hang around the guy next door who has those bad character traits, why would you want to keep Donald Trump around? Also, why would you want to keep his best people around either. In less than two years, a lot of Trump’s “best people” have either quit, been fired, indicted for crimes and lying, plead guilty to crimes, and have been sent to jail. There are simply too many people that fall under these bad character traits. A list which includes most of the House and Senate Republicans. Those politicians are doing nothing to prevent Trump from deconstructing our Democracy. Now if all those people around Trump are of dubious character, Trump is either turning a blind eye to them, or he is complicit with their behavior, and may be orchestrating that behavior.

Trump and the Republican Party consistently ignore the rule of law by allowing Congress to enable Trump to keep his businesses intact, refuses to release Trump’s taxes, and taking children from their mothers at the southern border. They have removed consumer protections which now allow banks to resume their predatory lending habits for homes, credit cards, personal loans, and online universities. Environment regulations are being systematically removed which makes it easier for corporations to pollute our air, water, and land just so they could increase their profit margins. With regard to foreign policy, Republicans are calling NATO obsolete, pulling out of the Paris Agreement and the Iran Nuclear Agreement, and belittling our allies in Canada, Germany, and the UK etc., the net effect is to destabilize world governments which makes the path to war more likely.

Republican voters, you have to realize that yes, you are getting some of the things you voted for, but at what price? At what point do the negative things your party is obviously doing out weigh the positive things. What will you do if we lose freedom of the press, free speech, we have a polluted environment, the gap between the haves and have nots continues to get bigger, and we are plunged into another war because our natural alliances have been weakened if we are alone in the world. Is a booming economy for the rich, worth the weakening of our Democracy? How much better is your life and financial status than it was two years ago before Trump took office? If you can’t see a significant difference in your life now, then your vote didn’t make America great again, it made the rich richer again. So FOCUS!!!! If your life is not significantly better than 2 years ago, and you’d rather have a strong Democracy than a booming economy, then you must vote Republicans out of office in November. You can say a lot about Democrats, but they are truly concerned about the equality of every American. For Democrats, people are more important than money. They haven’t promoted fiscal responsibility as much as Republicans, but Obama did much better with the economy than Bush. After Obama fixed Bush’s mess, Trump just took over an economy that was on cruise control. Trump said the economy is booming because of him alone. Really? That’s his biggest lie. If you want to put your faith in Trump, a man who lies everyday, then you are truly brainwashed. Our country deserves better. Vote Democratic in November.

You also got tax cuts for the rich, an immigration ban on Muslims, a denuclearization treaty with North Korea (Maybe?), and a likely repeal of Roe v. Wade. Not to mention the gift from President Obama of a booming economy and low unemployment. Trump really came through for you, but at what cost?

Trump is ripping apart the fabric of our Democracy. He is alienating our Allies but praising Russian and North Korean Dictators. We now live in a world where we have Russians in the Oval Office without any Americans present after our Intelligence Agencies stated clearly that Russians hacked our Democracy. President Trump believes President Putin. After all, Putin said Russia didn’t do it so Trump did pretty much nothing for quite some time. Trump thinks Nazi’s and the KKK have some good people among them. Last time I checked, Nazi’s and the KKK hate anyone that isn’t white. How is that good for our Democracy? Trump didn’t put the average man first during his first 2 years. No Jobs Bill, increased minimum wage, Infrastructure bill, environment or consumer protections. Trump didn’t waste one thought on you. If lying were an Olympic sport, Trump would win the Gold. He is against trying to protect the environment or preventing climate change. He objectifies women and thinks nothing of assaulting them because it’s his right as a STAR. He bragged that he could kill someone in Times Square and wouldn’t lose a single vote. He called John McCain a loser because he got caught and made a prisoner of war. Our Justice system is corrupt, our elections are rigged, and the news, except for FOX News, is fake according to Trump. Ironic coming from the most prolific liar in the history of Politics. These are just a few of Donald Trump’s greatest hits, there are too many others to mention here. But the worst thing he did was support a policy that took children from their refugee parents at our southern border. Trump hugs the American flag, but tramples on the Constitution of the United States of America. He never talks about upholding our Democracy. Haven’t you had enough?

Don’t you see how dangerous Donald Trump is? Do you want to see our country in flames because of civil unrest or thermonuclear war? What good is it to have money in the bank if our country is in chaos and burning? We don’t trust each other or work together because Trump is single handedly and deliberately pitting us against each other. Republican voters, you have got to snap out of it and see the horror show that you are supporting. It can only get worse if you do nothing, and allow Republican Politicians to continue down this path. You got all you are going to get out of Trump, now it’s time to get rid of the trash. In the midterm elections, progress was made and now there is a Democratic House which affords us some checks against the spineless Republican Senate. America will not be fully restored until Donald Trump is defeated in 2020. If you don’t act to reverse the course of the country, you will lose the only things you have left to lose….. your Democracy, Freedom, and your soul.

TRUMP IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW

This means something. No one man can diminish it.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

These words found in the Declaration of Independence didn’t say all men except the President are equal. The President is equal under the Constitution of the United States. The following excerpts of the Constitution clearly state this:

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

ARTICLE 1 SECTION 3

The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof, for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.

Immediately after they shall be assembled in Consequence of the first Election, they shall be divided as equally as may be into three Classes. The Seats of the Senators of the first Class shall be vacated at the Expiration of the second Year, of the second Class at the Expiration of the fourth Year, and of the third Class at the Expiration of the sixth Year, so that one third may be chosen every second Year; and if Vacancies happen by Resignation, or otherwise, during the Recess of the Legislature of any State, the Executive thereof may make temporary Appointments until the next Meeting of the Legislature, which shall then fill such Vacancies.

No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.

The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.

The Senate shall choose their other Officers, and also a President pro tempore, in the Absence of the Vice President, or when he shall exercise the Office of President of the United States.

The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.

Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

ARTICLE 2 SECTION 4

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

There is considerable debate about what laws, if broken by the President, can he be Impeached for. It’s very simple. The President can be Impeached for any law he breaks that is a Misdemeanor or greater. Some examples are: Obstruction of justice, lying if under oath, violation of campaign finance laws, treason by inadequately defending the Constitution (Russia interfered with our Democracy and Trump did nothing initially), making money because you are President (Emoluments Clause), bribery, income tax evasion, etc. Trump could possibly be guilty of any or all of these laws. I believe if Trump is going to be Impeached, it will be related to his business dealings (money deals or taxes) or obstruction of justice relating to his dealings with Russia. I agree with Trump, proving collusion is less likely.

Now let’s assume the President is Impeached. According to Article 1 Section 3, he can only be discharged from office. Once he is removed from office though, he is no longer the President, and can now be tried in a state or local court of law, convicted, then punished according to the law. This point is clearly stated. I don’t know why lawmakers on the left and the right are confused about this point. Just because these issues don’t have precedence, doesn’t change the words in the Constitution. Everyone is simply overthinking things.

The bottom line is, no one knows what evidence the Special Prosecutor has, but the Constitution guarantees that President Trump is innocent until proven guilty. But make no mistake about it, President Trump is not above the law. We simply must wait until the investigation is over and, if necessary, have an Impeachment hearing. Prosecutors must take a sufficient amount of time to build a case, and even for us lowly civilians, it can sometimes take a long time. Imagine how large this investigation is. President Trump has done business all over the world. Lawyers on both sides knew the investigation was going to take a while at the very beginning. With all the indictments, guilty pleas, and cooperating witnesses, we are close to a conclusion of the investigation. Hold on to you seats, it’s gonna be a bumpy ride.

Until the 19th century, men were winning the war and not just the battles. Men treated women like objects and if they were lucky, women were just considered second class citizens. Of course, depending on the country, women were abused physically and sexually in horrible ways. During those thousands of years, a funny thing happened on the way to equality. In the U.S., women got the right to vote, helped us win WWII by helping to make our war machines and run our infrastructure, became politicians, and became productive citizens in all other walks of life. Equality for women was just a matter of time. What we didn’t expect was that there are some women who want revenge for those thousands of years of abuse. Equality wasn’t good enough. Those women want a pound of flesh. As a result, you hear things like, “I don’t need a man”. Really!!! I know you have a great paying job, birth control, in vitro fertilization (man sperm still needed), sex toys, and washing machines, but REALLY!!! There are still a lot of babies being born. I would think that the 9 month siege and the excruciatingly painful breaking out of the vagina by an alien would be a deterrent to having sex with a man. But, some ladies just can’t seem to stop. Besides, it takes two to tango. Even though the gate swings both ways, it usually swings in favor of guys and girls hooking up.

I get it ladies. You suffered terribly, but do you have to go to the dark side. You should take a lesson from people who were slaves and the Indians. During slavery, there were a few slave uprisings. There could have been more. They could have poisoned all the plantation owners but chose not to. Even today, though unarmed black men and women are being assaulted and killed, blacks are not trying to get even. They just want it to stop. The Indians were systematically slaughtered. They are not seeking revenge either. They just build more casinos.

When talking to my lady friends, I don’t hear much about love, companionship, and compassion. I hear about how to manipulate men to get what they want. Some women can’t just say they are not interested in a man, they have to eviscerate him in front of everybody. It’s a blood sport. When talking about dangling sex and leading a man on, my friend said, “If he’s stupid enough to give me stuff, I’m gonna take it”. All this amounts to emotional castration. You are shaping the men of tomorrow and it’s not a pretty picture. Yes, men were brutal for thousands of years, but most men could still fall in love. Think about it, brutal men who have no capacity for love. The way you see and relate to men today is a direct result of how men treated you for thousands of years. Do you want men who are emotionally detached?

Ladies, it’s not too late. The fate of the world depends on you. You can be bad ass, just don’t be that way 24/7. Here is a clue to help you know when to be tough on a guy. If he treats you like a piece of meat, he doesn’t respect you for who you are, and he is fixated on any part of your anatomy, you have my blessings to eviscerate him. If he is genuinely nice, and not too ugly, give the brother a chance. Just so you know, you are right, all men want just one thing. SEX!!!! You just have to find the guy that also respects you and treats you like an equal. Those guys still exist but are rapidly becoming a dying breed. Those kind of guys will continue to dwindle if you keep eviscerating men. Let’s face it, eviscerated men push Nuclear Buttons!!!!

So who’s winning the battle of the sexes? Right now it’s a photo finish, and the women are winning by a nose. The only reason women get the win is because men just like sex too much. A lot of men are weak minded when it comes to sex, and that’s a woman’s only advantage. Otherwise, men and women need each other equally. BTW guys, don’t let the ladies hold you hostage with sex. Just find someone who appreciates you too. Ladies, you do have a softer side. I know it’s there because you use it to get stupid men to give you stuff. Try using it to attract a decent man and quit going for the “bad boy”. The fate of the world is in your hands!!!!

This Blog is gonna be short, sweet, and to the point. For those of you who trash Obama and give Trump all the credit for our current great Economy, a picture is worth a thousand words:

UNEMPLOYMENT RAPIDLY ROSE TO 10% IN OBAMA’S FIRST YEAR BECAUSE OF THE RECESSION STARTED UNDER BUSH. AFTER OBAMA’S FIRST YEAR, THERE WAS A STEADY DECLINE TO 4.7%. TRUMP DIDN’T DO ANYTHING BUT SAY I DO. YES, THE UNEMPLOYMENT DROPPED TO 3.9% IN APRIL 2018, BUT AS YOU CAN SEE, OBAMA DID ALL THE HEAVY LIFTING FOR HIM.

Bottom line, the numbers don’t lie. Obama has eight years of numbers that prove he rescued our Economy from the mess the Republicans, under Bush, left him. Donald Trump is nothing more than the back-up quarterback to Tom Brady (Obama). The back-up quarterback usually only takes over during the last 2 minutes of the game after Brady (Obama) has already won the game by 50 points. Trump didn’t earn the credit for this great Economy. He had it handed to him on a silver platter by President Obama. Silly Republicans, you believe everything Trump and Hannity say…..SAD!!!!!…..LOL

WHY TRUMP GOT ELECTED

This was supposed to be my first Blog after returning to WordPress, but the shootings at a Parkland, FL high school was more important. Here is a link to that Blog. Let’s continue to work for reasonable gun control legislation and a ban on assault weapons.

Now, about President Trump. I’m going to try and be as brief as possible. During President Obama’s term, Republicans deliberately did everything they could to interfere with President Obama’s legislation and success (click this link). As a result, there was an escalation of political chaos and gridlock. There were more Republican filibusters than in the entire history of our government, the Republicans shut down the government twice, and got U.S. credit downgraded. The American people simply got fed up with government. Instead of blaming the Republicans who instigated this political chaotic mess, the blame was placed on the Democrats. This didn’t make sense because all indicators showed a significant improvement over the metrics that the Republicans handed Obama. Here is a video link outlining President Obama’s accomplishments.

American voters, now fed up and blinded with rage, chose to abandon traditional politicians and try someone with no history of serving as a politician. They had to choose between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Hillary lossed by default, she was a politician. She also shot herself in the foot a few times: 1. She stated she would get rid of coal jobs 2. Had an infamous “What difference does it make” Bengazi comment 3. she didn’t campaign in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin 4. She made poor decisions about emails. The voters ultimately chose Trump, but in doing so, ignored obvious warning signs: 1. He launched his campaign with racist remarks against Mexicans 2. He uses profanity in public 3. He makes insane statements like “he could shoot someone in Time Square and not lose votes” 4. “John McCain is a loser, he got caught” 5. He brags about sexual assaulting women with impunity. 6. He went bankrupt 4 times, one was a Casino. How do you bankrupt a Casino? Both Hillary and Trump were poor candidates for President because of their baggage, but in a case like that, people should always choose the lesser of the two evils. It should be obvious to most, that we chose wrong!!!! Donald Trump is President. Hillary was careless and that allowed Russia to exploit her. Trump entertained Russians secretly in the Oval Office. We only found out because Russia published it. Which is worse?

After just over a year of the Trump Presidency, it’s baffling why he has any support at all. Trump is spawning rapid fire chaos at a rate too numerous to count. Here are the high points: 1. His many lies can easily be highlighted with soundbites and video 2. Many of his handpicked staff who “are the best at what they do”, have no experience at what they are asked to do 3. Many appointees (34%) have been fired by Trump, are under criminal investigation, are wasting government money, or simply quit 4. Many leave because of Russian connections 5. Trump minimizes the importance of the intelligence community, Hispanic Judges, and the news media 6. Trump gives every country grief except Russia, and Russia hacked U.S. political and infrastructure systems. Yet, Trump has not taken a definitive stand against these actions. My take on Trump and Russia involvement will follow in another Blog. 7. He changes his mind sometimes hours after he makes a public statement (examples: “I’ll sign any bipartisan DACA legislation”. The next day he didn’t sign. Also, he led people to believe he wanted to raise the age to buy assault weapons. His official plan did not include a provision for this point). 8. Finally, he is named as a Defendant in a legal case that involves a pornography star.

I realize some of you will support Trump no matter what he does or says, but for those of you who are concerned about Trump’s inability to try and unite our country, please pay attention and do more searching for the truth on your own. Don’t rely on FOX, MSNBC, CNN, NBC, CBS, or ABC. There is unbiased information at Politifact, Factcheck.org, and (any Federal Government site).gov

MORAL IMPOTENCE OR TREASON?

Our Politicians should have sprung into action immediately after Columbine in 1999, but they didn’t. There was nationwide moral outrage when children as young as 6 years old were murdered at Sandy Hook in 2012, and still they did nothing. Most recently, students were killed at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. About 122 school murders have occured over the 19 years since Columbine. Today, even though there is more than 90% nationwide support for sensible gun registration laws and the banning of assault weapons, President Trump and Congress are still falling short of those simple, but impactful changes. This is truly Moral Impotence, but more importantly, as our elected leaders, they are sworn to ensure our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. When they don’t do everything possible to protect us from threats, foreign and domestic, in the face of clear and present dangers, they are commiting treason by ignoring their mandate given by the Constitution of the United State’s Declaration of Independence.

Politicians and many Republican voters argue that it is their right to own guns, and they are right. Guns are necessary for protection, to hunt, and recreation. Nobody wants to take guns used for these purposes. Assault rifles like the AR-15 are weapons of war and have no business being in the hands of the average citizen. It fires a high velocity round that is more lethal than a low velocity firearm, even if they inflict the exact same wound. Another argument is that if strong gun laws are passed, it won’t stop people who are determined to kill. Once again they are right, but stricter gun laws will reduce the amount of deaths caused by guns. The person determined to kill, will kill fewer people with a hand gun or hunting rifle than if he were firing an AR-15. So the goal of stricter gun laws is to reduce the loss of life and not take 2nd amendment rights. Any regulation is for our protection. Since more Airline inspections were mandated, there have been fewer deaths from Airline crashes. Seatbelts and airbags have reduced automobile deaths. Many cities have cleaner air because of regulation and that decreases healthcare disease and deaths. We have to choose. Do we protect your right to own an AR-15 that has no practical use for the average citizen, or protect the right of a child to live. I’m going to get out of my comfort zone for a moment. So, Politicians and Citizens, if you choose your right to own an AR-15 over the right of a child to live, you are an enemy of the state, morally bankrupt, a cold, heartless bastard, and a DUMB ASS!!!!

I’M GLAD TO BE A GUY

Don’t get me wrong ladies you are by far the most important creatures in the universe. Not to mention EYE CANDY. You’ll never have to worry about getting attention from the guys. You are all that and a bag of chips. But with all you got going, I’m still glad to be a guy. The first reason is because of you. The fact that you exist is all that we need, and you’re the best thing that’s happened to us. Look at you, those curves, that hair, your skin so soft, and your alluring voice. I could stop right there but being a guy has a few other benefits. take for instance our obsession with sex. I know that sounds gross, but for 15 seconds,(sorry ladies), it drives us out of our minds. We might as well be on drugs because you can get away with anything when we’ve had a little sex. And then there’s sports.Take your pick, football, basketball, baseball, boxing, any kind of racing, The almighty dare, and whatever is bigger, faster, stronger, or smarter, (this one you ladies don’t have to worry about). We instantly become real life gladiators, but without the death or maiming. I almost forgot food. We don’t only eat a lot of it, but most of the top chefs in the world are men. Finally, I have to mention the elephant in the room. Male Genitals. You can call them whatever you want but they are very useful tools. You can write your name in the snow, you can clamp them off so that you don’t pee your pants, you can shoot them like a gun, and you can caress them like a woman. Yeah, being a man definitely has its advantages, but ladies, you’re our only competition.

THE EVOLUTION OF TRUMPISM

For those of you who can’t believe Donald Trump won in 2016 and lost in 2020, here is a brief review of the events leading up to this Political Anomaly.

2008, Republicans left the Nation at war, in recession, and with a huge deficit. Trump got national attention when he suggested Obama was not born in the U.S. This was like a tropical depression that seeds a hurricane.
Obama was elected President and Republicans vowed to obstruct his legislative agenda to make him a one term President. During Obama’s Presidency, Republicans created a spike in Filibusters, shut down the government, refused to raise the debt ceiling which downgraded U.S. credit, and denied confirmation of Supreme Court Justices (because it was an election year in 2016) and other Federal appointments.
The Tea Party was organized in 2008, Republicans got majorities in the House in 2010 and the Senate in 2012, and there was political gridlock for 8 years. The Party of NO was very successful.
By 2016, even though Obama and Democrats had successfully saved the economy, lowered unemployment, and was drawing down Troops from the war, Americans hated the Political gridlock and erroneously blamed the Obama Administration when it was clearly the Republicans initiating legislative obstruction, and making up new rules.
During the 2016 Presidential election, the people wanted a non politician because of the gridlock and misplaced blame on President Obama. Donald Trump was the only candidate that wasn’t a politician and Hillary Clinton was perceived as corrupt. Republicans in Congress and Republican voters ignored the fact that Hillary had undergone numerous Congressional hearings ran by Republicans, and was never charged with any wrongdoing. By continuing to condemn her, they were also ignoring the Constitution which said she was innocent until proven guilty.
Despite known Trump poor business records of bankruptcies, failed product lines, stiffing creditors, a discrimination case, the Access Hollywood Tape, trying to hide an affair, disrespecting John McCain’s war record, calling Hispanic refugees rapist and murders, and encouraging violence against peaceful protestors at his campaign rallies, people still voted Trump in as the 45th President of the United States.
2016-2019, Some Republican voters said they held their nose when they voted for Trump. Others said he would pivot to become more Presidential. Still others put their faith in Trumps perceived expertise in money management despite his failures. In addition to his business problems, Trump had glaring personal character flaws. but he and every other President Elect deserved the right to prove themselves.
Trump started out his Presidency by giving a divisive Inaugural Address, lying about his crowd size, pulling out of peace and climate treaties, trying to get rid of healthcare without a replacement plan, initiating a religious Muslim travel ban, using Military funds to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico that he said Mexico would pay for. Later he would criticize our allies and praise Dictators, put children in cages, would not give a full-throated denouncement of white supremacist, stated he was the smartest man ever, would never admit he was wrong or apologize when wrong, and reneged on important issues like DACA. Finally, he believed Putin over U.S. Intelligence Agencies regarding 2016 election interference, he didn’t seem interested in finding out more about Russian bounties on U.S. Troops, he would never show college grades, his Taxes, or honor subpoenas during his impeachment. He encouraged his staff not to cooperate with the investigation. Usually when you avoid transparency, you have something to hide. Although the Mueller report couldn’t prove collusion, it did outline 10 cases for obstruction which some Republicans acknowledged had occurred, but stated it didn’t warrant removing Trump from office. He was caught on tape admitting to downplaying the severity of COVID-19. He lied to the American people saying it would soon be gone with warmer weather, it was like the regular flu, you could inject disinfectant or introduce UV light into the body to kill the virus. This is where Trump ignored science and facts and masks became optional. The result was a Cat-5 Hurricane ignored by Trump and now over 260,000 people are dead. Trump has shown no empathy for these fallen Americans. He got sick with COVID-19 and started a viral wildfire in the White House. Last but not least, Trump was suggesting 2020 election fraud months before the election. Since he lost the Popular and the Electoral College vote, he is even more aggressive at trying to prove voter fraud. The problem is, over 40 of his law cases have been dismissed for lack of evidence. There are Republican Judges and Republican Legislators that say there is no voter fraud. Proof of Trump lying to the very end. At this point, Trump is delusional. He still thinks he won the election by millions of votes. Those delusions signal that Trump is mentally ill and should be immediately removed from office via the 25th Amendment. Think of the harm he could do before January 20, 2021.

How can you support a man with all this baggage. All he has really done is destabilized our world leadership and respect, divide our country, refused to try and heal our country, lowered taxes for people and company’s with plenty of money, appointed conservative Supreme Court Justices, and blocked Hispanic refugees from seeking asylum. Was any of this worth ripping our country apart? He ran the White House like a reality show and Scandals became frequent parts of the show for 4 years. People simply got tired of hearing about Trump everyday. So the majority spoke at the voting booth. They wanted some Republicans, but not Trump. The Constitution with its checks and balances worked. Hopefully we will heal the country’s wounds, and the people of our great nation will continue to have a say in how we are governed.

There may become a time when Republicans may be trustworthy again, but Donald Trump should never again be allowed anywhere near our seat of government. His Legacy will forever be that he murdered 100s of thousands of Americans.

Here is my summary. Volume I did not establish conspiracy, but there were a ton of Russians mingling with the Trump Campaign Staff. If it walks like a duck, acts like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it’s a duck.

Volume II did establish obstruction but Mueller did not indict because of the OLC recommendations. Remember, Mueller said if there was no obstruction, he would have said so, and he could not exonerate the President. Vol II is quite clear on those points. No guesswork necessary.

Now here is my take on all of this. Everybody needs to calm down. We need to save our energy for when Muller’s report is made public and not a moment before, unless it is not made public. If that happens, then we should go nuclear!!!!!

For those of you who still have an open mind, there are only 2 things you need to know about Trump to help you clearly see how dangerous Trump is for America:

For the past 2 years, Republicans had total control of the House, Senate, and the Presidency. They did not need a single Democratic vote, but did not budget any money to build a wall.

Trump was recorded saying he accepts the responsibility for shutting down the government and won’t blame the Democrats. Of course he changed his mind and now he blames the Democrats for the Government shutdown.

Even though the Democratic House and Republican Senate passed similar Bills to fund the Government, Trump refused to sign the bills after listening to FOX pundits.

Finally, what about terrorist crossing the Southern Border? Again the Republicans lied and said the number was in the thousands. For 2018, it was only 6. Again, no emergency.
